SUPERVISOR ALEXANDER ANNOUNCES FIRST-EVER MOBILE OFFICE HOURS

Milwaukee, WI (June 28, 2012)  – Milwaukee County Supervisor Deanna Alexander is inviting 18th District residents to join her to talk about Milwaukee County issues during several upcoming community sessions, including Mobile Office Hours at the Starbucks at N. 76th & Good Hope Road.

“I realize the people in my district are busy, with many demands on their time,” said Supervisor Alexander. “My goals are to create opportunities for answering questions and for addressing concerns that fit people’s schedules and to give residents improved access to me as their elected representative on the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors.”

Thursday, July 5, 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.
Mobile Office Hours: Starbucks Coffee, N. 76th & Good Hope Rd.
Supervisor Alexander will be available for questions and conversations about Milwaukee County.

Friday, July 13, 6:30 p.m.
Town Hall Meeting at Lindsay Park – N. 87th & Congress
This meeting will provide constituents with a chance to learn about issues facing the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors and to voice their opinions on them.

Thursday, September 6, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Board of Supervisors Open House – Milwaukee County Courthouse, Rm. 201
Supervisor Alexander will join all the Supervisors in welcoming visitors to the Courthouse for tours of the Courthouse and the County Board Chambers as well as opportunities to meet Supervisors and staff.

Monday, September 17, 7 p.m.
Town Hall Meeting at Dretzka Park Chalet, 12020 W. Bradley Rd.
Supervisor Alexander is pleased to host Jim Sullivan as a guest speaker during this Town Hall Meeting. Sullivan, a former state senator and City of Wauwatosa alderman, is the current director of The Milwaukee County Department of Child Enforcement, which handles about 134,000 child support and paternity cases annually. Additionally, Director Sullivan will be available to answer individual case questions after the meeting.
